In the Oracle Graduate Development Program

The Oracle Graduate Development Program (GDP) is an excellent platform for promising graduates to launch themselves into the corporate world.  The 1-year program consisting of 3 phases Campus-to-Corporate (1 month), Job Rotation (4 months) and Role Readiness (7 months).

Campus-to-Corporate (1 month)

Welcome to Oracle.  During this phase, you will plunge into world-class Oracle products and understand how they are critical to customer’s business.  Develop business understanding , interact with management and go through a vibrant soft skills and team building training.  You will be groomed into a respected IT industry professional . Hey, you are graduating to a new level of confidence already.

Job Rotation (4 months)

Now that you have started thinking like a manager, you develop a broad understanding of different lines of business at Oracle.  Get exposed to live business situations and understand different role requirements through Project Rotations.  You now possess a flexible and transferable skillset – analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking.

Role Readiness (7 months)

You will understand Oracle and its business in-depth through on-the-job  experience and work with a line of Business most suitable to your skills.  As a result, you develop role-specific technical and functional skills with additional formal training.  Conquer challenges everyday .  Hone your newly acquired business and people skills in a supportive environment.
